• All internet connectivity is transmitted from from our own infrastructure in the Western Cape, West and South Coast up to a radius of 300 km from Cape Town.
• With your street address or GPS co-ordinates we can pre determine if you will have coverage.
• We use wireless technologies for the 'last mile' distribution to the customer premises.
• No other hardware is required to get our service (e.g. telephone line), all equipment is supplied and installed by our technicians.
• Our service work with any computer or related equipment.
• There are no contracts with any of our services and we regard that as a feature.
• If you ever were to cancel your service, we shall buy back your hardware at a market related price.
• If you spend more than R300 per month on a dial-up you are definitely NOT optimized!
• Remote Backup Offsite Services are available for all packages.
• Unlimited email addresses in our domains with all packages.
